Kirsten Dunst would play me. The plot would be about a girl who grew up with some serious issues and how her dream was one day publishing a novel despite her parents telling her that being an author is a starving artist career.

Hmmm.... I'd say no. Because a lie is the opposite of truth, whereas omission is just leaving something out. It would be like making a grocery list for your spouse, but accidentally leaving something out. And when your spouse got home and you told them you accidentally left something out of the grocery list, they couldn't say you lied about it.
